tanks Sep 07, 2003 07:36 PM

I know this is not the forum but what the hell, i recently have found 2 indigo's in the hill coutry. One was found about a month ago real close to the madina bandera line & yesterday on the ranch at utopia which has the bandera, uvalde county line runing through it. Has anyone one else found indigos around tarpley & utopia????????

Jeff,
Don't know if it counts as hill country or not but found one at my friends place just north of Uvalde about 15 miles, almost to camp wood. Kinda odd to see them out of the South Texas bush no?

I've only seen two (in the wild) in the last ten years - one in
Garner State Park about 7 years ago and one on a ranch outside
of Charlotte, in Atacosta Co., about four yrs ago. Approx seventeen years ago, I saw one on a ranch outside of Mountain Home.
