I dont think its as common in Leos as it is in other species. I have owned various female leos for about 10years and never ad it happen. Im sure you will get more input from some folks who have been keeping more leos, longer than i.

Our crested does it, but we've yet to see it happen with the leopard, though she did have some very well developed follicles going this spring. Eventually she reabsorbed them, but she actually had us worried for a while because she had started refusing food.
I've definitely seen it said that they can, but like the other posters' experience, I haven't personally seen it.
