female that laid in the middle if April.........she had 11 eggs then.......8 good and 3 duds.....of the 8 good....... hatched.....2 boys and 4 girls.....one girl and a boy has died since..(never would eat)......and now today.....there was a little egg in the cage.....ODD........almost 5 months after the clutch.....the last dud came out???......she has been eating and all since then.....I didn't even know there was any left.........
.........gave her a big old fat spiny mouse today.....she liked it ............
........(only other explanation would be a second clutch...but this is NOT the situation..this dud stank.......after 5 months it shoud ave been hard and rotten...but it smelled no worse than if it was 4 days late......odd too)....
just thought someone woud like to know these things happen.........
maybe next year we can get the 12 all at the same time and all good.........(from het albino male breeding...)...
