Is this morph just a simple recessive? Thanks.

Is this morph just a simple recessive? Thanks.
i think its to codom genes together
Cool normal looking animal x yellow belly.
No more normal looking than a Fire, Mystic, Yb, or Vanilla is, it isn't an eye poping morph on it's own but it sure doesn't look like a normal to those that have them.. Anthony McCain...
So is the codom that is mixed with a yellowbelly unknown to "the masses" right now? There's a het for super stripe available in the classifieds, so I guess that would be the unnamed codom that you need?
It has a few names Whirlwind/Specter/Mystery Gene/Het Super Stripe.. The name thing is quite trivial at this point , each of us called it something different and since they are likely unrelated lines out of Africa that do a similiar thing when crossed with a YB anyway, it really doesn't matter what you decide to call the morph. Fact simply is without it you can't make a Super Stripe at all... Anthony McCain....

Anthony have you, Jarrod, or anyone else that has the het SS bred 2 het SS together to see if it creates something different? Or is it just the YB gene that activates the special gene in the het SS? Thanks in advance

Nobody has done it , probably since the females are so valuable just to make Super Stripes and Pastel Super Stripes.. Would think it would have a Super of it's own but only one way to find out for sure.. Anthony McCain.
Ahh, that is really neat! Nice one!
