Thought this turned out pretty neat..

We decided to feature a Kentucky cave region northern pine snake on our latest herp society t-shirt. I can't recall ever seeing a Pit on a t-shirt before. Anyhow, thought some of you guys might get a kick out of this.

Phil,

That is a killer shirt, please let me know how to obtain them. I need at least three, my wife would wear one, so would Gerry Salmon. By the way, we just got back from our honeymoon in Vermont, we got in a little herping, cool stuff going on there, I'll fill you in soon.

Love that shirt. I'd take 2 (XXL), & even join the club if necessary. Please post the purchase info.

Ditto!

Send me the info on those excellent shirts so I can order one or two as well!

Also,

I was thinking of doing a 2009 Pituophis calendar for my self. If anyone is interested let me know and I will order more. They would go out at cost to me which will probably be $15 to $20 .......not exactly sure. It will consist of a nicely photographed Pituophis or two for each month.

If anyone has good looking insitu shots from habitat of wild snakes or believable "in habitat" shots of captives let me know especially rare one such as the KY Northern pine.....hint, hint.

Phil Peak Nov 11, 2008 08:19 PM

I would be interested in a Pit calendar for sure. What a great idea! I'll send a few photo's your way for consideration and give you some info on the pine snake shirts. Its good to see a number of Pit projects on the table!

Thanks,

Phil
