I have a Greek who's beak has begun to chip/flake away. Has anyone ever seen this. Any suggestions?

I have a Greek who's beak has begun to chip/flake away. Has anyone ever seen this. Any suggestions?

beak looks as though it was allowed to become overgrown and has chipped in places - if you are not comfortable with regular beak grooming it should be done by a veterinarian - from the pictures there do not appear to be any fractures but a vet should be consulted to confirm or treat
suggestion: tougher foodstuffs to keep beak worn naturally
beak overgrowth can be result of dietary calcium deficiency

One of my Yellow Foots has a sharp beak and I sometimes file it back with a nail file. My other Yellow Foot eats cuttlefish.
You might try filing it back with a small file and give your Greek some cuttlefish
