I'm considering getting a GTP some time next spring. And I'm just wondering what caging would be best for one. I'm not gonna build one, it'd probly rot out. But I've seen these cool acrylic ones with PVC pipes going across for them to be on, and they look pretty nice. Any ideas where I could get one of these? I'm not looking to spend like 500$ on a cage, just a good ammount. And how do you all keep up humidity? Should I buya small humidifier for the cage and run it all day? Thanks

Check the corrallus.com message boards for a link to someone who makes good ones...I'd post it, but I can't get to the boards right now.

However, making one isn't as hard as you'd think. Check out usplastic.com. I just built one with zero wood and zero cutting involved. Here's what it took:

some 1/4" acrylic sheets (size however you see fit)
90 degree acrylic joiners
2 clear acrylic hasps for locking it
2 clear acrylic hinges (I'm actually about to experiment with the "living hinges" in my newest cage)
1 can of PETG adhesive
either their acrylic rods or just get a simple PVC pipe (probably cheaper)
heat rope (got mine from bigappleherp.com), run it through the pipe

for humidity, you can either set up a drainage system so you can safely use an automatic mister (you really don't want a puddle in the bottom of the enclosure), or just spray it down once a day.
