I have got 10 subadult ocellata from sudan, they eat very well but if I feel in their abdomen something hard, so I supouse is a blockage. Please if you know what to do will be very apreciate.

Do they defecate?
When they do I would not worry.
But if you really do not trust it, go to a vet, because there´s not information enough for us, sitting behind the computer, to diagnose them.
