I have a pair of BCC's together I never probed them myself but was told they were male and female, well I raised the female as a baby and got the male as a yearling and he was a lot bigger then she was and within time she completely outgrew him she's 6 1/2' and about 14lbs and the male is about 6' and 8lbs well I didn't see much action so I put my sunglow boa in with them for him to feel like there's competition. I put him out yesterday and I kept an eye on them for about 3 hours making sure no one hurts each other well I just went out there and what I thought was a male BCC was being bred by my Sunglow.
Now my question
Could my "male" truly be a female? or is my sunglow just confused?
Also, if the BCC is a female am I causing a high risk of it's health letting this happen or should I remove him right away due to it's size?
Thanks
Zack
