There is SO much yet to be done with this underrated morph. I have several genetic granites and plan to breed them to other morphs but to also make a super.

I'm breeding mine into my albino project. I've seen a post on here of a granite albino and liked it soooo.

If at all possible, I feel one should produce a super as soon as possible!!!

I put my female with a het Ivory. The het ivory offspring are very neat looking, very orange, ringer marks, evil, speckling from their bellies goes further up their sides, and did I mention evil as sin?

I figure if a granite female consistently produces dark, clear bellied, with tons of flames and granite spots, striped offspring, then it's fairly safe to say she's genetic. Their attitudes say they are also, haha.

I have seen the Yb Granites and they are very cool. I wouldnt say striping is always a trait of Granites. Another thing to look for is a broken neck pattern right behind the head and patterns on the sides that dont "connect". They almost look like the "hooks" some people talk about. Whatever you choose good luck. Here is a pic of one of my females.
