Heres a pic of a baby sidewinder i saw out side Whitewater Canyon last tuesday night. I took some pics of it and then put it off the road in some nice sand to watch it do its thing, I havnt seen a sidewinder for years-(its funny, I go to Whitewater usually a couplr nights out of the week this time of year and its the first live sidewinder I've seen there, I'v seen many dead rattlers and a couple sw's but never a live one and people always tell me yeah I saw a few rattlers!) it was a grwat night, I found an awsome Lyre Snake-(I'll post its pic next) and around 5-6 glossys, 2 long-nosed snakes, and 2 rosys-(both rosys were found in Verbenia, right before Whitewater). It was an awsome nihgt, and before it got dark i found a gravid red racer-(I'll post her pic too), well just wanted to share, I'm going back out tomarrow night, I'll post some pics if I come across anything interesting.
