Russian/Four toed turtoise question

I am thinking of buying a Russian turtoise. Can someone tell me what the temperature and feeding requirements are for these?

Please remember that most adult Russians for sale are wild-caught, so the purchasing of adults is discouraged unless one has extensive experience.
