i am going to just put my female in my males tub and let them be for a few days. should i keep his hide in his tub like its always been? but than one will be without a hide and they always had one? i didnt try cooling them but the room temps have changed. any suggestions? thanks to all!

I usually pull the hides just so I can tell if they are locked.

Sounds like you pretty much got the hang of breeding BP's LOL. Put them together and see what happens. I would remove the hide though. If the male is ready to go he won't care much about hiding. And a lot of people don't cool their animals. JP
