Incubator ?

Saintz Nov 19, 2008 07:52 PM

I am currently converting an older freezer into an incubator. My question goes to whether or not any one has tried my idea before and whether or not it worked. My idea is to use no bedding for the eggs, but instead to use a humidity system in the incubator to keep the humidity where it needs to be. Such as a fogger something that doesnt spray water all over everything but something that will keep humidity up. I plan on controling the humidity using a Herpstat Humidity Controller.
So insight to this would be great. Thanks

it all depends on what type of eggs you are incubating i believe

I'm definately not an expert on incubators, but I do recall an article wrote by Bob Clark a long time ago on such a topic. Perhaps look up his webpage and send him an email.
