Cinnamon ball python question?

knottydread Nov 21, 2008 01:15 PM

After looking at some ads of cinnamon balls I really don't see that much of a difference. Besides being able to make the super cinnamon what else can you do with them? Just hook em up with normals and make more cinnamons that almost look like a normal?

Someone post some good pics and convince me to think about getting one for my collection

the super cinnamon was reason enough for me to get a few. have you seen the calico cinnamon mix? beautiful.

nice cinnamons are gorgeous on their own.

as are black pastels.

Cinnamon balls don't look normal. You can cross with pastels and make pewters, silver streaks etc... Its a co-dom so lots of crosses have been done and more new ones are sure to pop up. Graziani's web site has alot of pics.

So the pewter is the cinnamon / pastel mix? What are the odds on that? Is it 25% pewter, 25% cinnamon, 25% pastel and 25% normal?

Cinnys are beautiful snakes. One of my favorite base morphs in fact. They have to be seen in person to truly be appreciated, and some lines are better than others (I like Graziani's line). But more importantly, cinnies are one of the most important combo morphs out there, and are an integral part of many breeding projects.
