I have an extra 10 gallon terrarium that I am not useing. I am thinking about turning it into cricket houseing so I can buy them in bulk and get cheaper prices than getting them at the local Petco. I got a few questions for those of you who do this type of thing.
How many 1/2 inchers and how many full sized crickets can you keep in a 10 gallon terrarium properly? I would be useing just some egg cartons for houseing. I need mostly small ones now but will be switching over to larger ones in 4-6 months.
When I buy a bunch of half inchers what is their growth rate going to be? I need to figure out how many to get and how long they will be that size for.
When I start getting full inchers how long until the crickets simply die of old age?
