Stick skin over eyecaps from shed?

My spider is always having some issues with getting the skin off her head and from her eyes, does anyone else have this issue with any of their snakes? I was reading in proexotics faq that you can put nerosporin over there eye and it will go away? not sure how safe this is or if I want to go that route. I've tried soaking her and she still won't get it off, do I just wait till next shed?
