Somebody give me their interpratation of tail twitching. Watching it reminds me of a cat when its preoccupied!

Somebody give me their interpratation of tail twitching. Watching it reminds me of a cat when its preoccupied!
We usually call it tail wagging... and many of us have talked about it, and when it occurs, and just figure it's something they do at anytime they choose, LOL.
They do it when hunting and seem to be excited... they do it while basking and relaxing, I have seen it when they are aroused and flirting with the opposite sex... sometimes durign aggression.... just different times, looks crazy.. does remind ya of a kitty.
