High yellow reduced pattern female with axanthic male?

emroul Sep 08, 2003 01:53 PM

Does anybody know what this would produce, if anything special? Or would it just produce half one and half of the other of each parent? Thanks

Say the Axanthic is proven genetic, Unless the patternless is also genetic you'll only get normal looking BPs that are 50% for axanthix. But if the patternless proves to be a genetic trait then you just might get patternless that are 50% het for axanthic.

Axanthic x Wild type = 100% het axanthics. No possible hets. His female is probably just a variation of a normal...
