Any albino will turn white where the pink is eventually, except albinos have pink eyes and they stay that way. In terms of a solid white snake get a blizzard cal king, the original white markings of a banded or striped cal king often look yellower than the white fill in that comes with age in the pink parts of the snake.
As far as I know albino technically refers to the lack of melanin, so there will be other colours present if the animal is lacking in melanin but has other colours in the skin/scales. In the case of cali kings, albinos are pink and white/pink and yellow with red eyes.
I'm not aware of albino kings turning white with age, while their colours can change slightly (usually fading), they usually don't go white. I have a 9 year old albino who is pale pink, but certainly not white.
Pure white snakes are generally referred to as leucistic - lacking ALL colour pigment - and can be bred with blue or red eyes. Again, in the case of calis, I believe you need to breed certain colour morphs to obtain this result, but you can buy them as snows/blizzards.
