Temps?

saintz Nov 25, 2008 05:31 PM

Hi I was wondering what everbody keeps there temps when not breeding. I ve read books on balls, checked the web for answer of 85degrees daytime. While talking to breeders I find most of them to say they run their temps in the low 90s around 92-94 during the day.

My setups are between 88-93 on the high side and 80 on the cooler.

they run 92 to 95 ON the heat tapes....the tape is set at that probably........balls like it around 82 to 84 usually..IF you have a hot spot of 90 they love you......

....you sound fine......remember to take the actual floor temp not the air temp...

We keep our heat tape at 95 degrees which gives us a 90 degree hot spot. Sounds like your temps are fine but check surface temps to make sure.
