Initially it is possible, hatching takes alot of energy. The ones that still have yolk, best to house them separately on damp paper towel, in a small cage to give them time to absorb the yolk.

Offer food in a couple days after hatching, most will be full from the yolk sac.

i have the ones with no yolk in the new cage with a hot basking spot of about 103-108 degrees? is this a good temp? i guess i will offer them small crix in a few days..

You should shoot for a little higher temps. 100-115. I'd also offer food regularly. Small crix and full time salad. Especially if you are housing multiple dragons together so they don't decide to snack on each other.
