Ben,go with ARS racks. They cost more but will last as long as you need them.Terry
I LOVE the Vision racks. I have the CB 80 and the rack that hold the 32 qt and 16 qt (can't remember the #). The heat cable is great, especially if you live in an area with radical weather changes in the year. You can thread more or less cable into the bottom of the shelves. They are very sturdy, come with casters and EASY to put together! Humidity is easy to control. I use the Helix thermostat and my temps have been very stable (90 on one end and 78 on the other. The thing I really like though is that the balls get belly heat instead of back heat.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.

Ben,
I have both the hatchling and cb 70. I LOVE the hatchling rack and like the 70 rack. The rooms I have mine in are between 65-75% humidity. Any drier and I get bad sheds. Other than that issue -- they work well.

and have had them for over a year. I really like them a lot! They are easy to move, easy to use the heat cable set up (and to vary the amount of cable you might want to use), easy to insert a piece of poster board on the sides or back if you want to darken part of the cage, and a nice size.
And Dave and Scott at Vision were really helpful when I wanted to make my racks smaller (only 9 high) and use the leftovers to build a new rack. They really went out of their way to get me the extra pieces I needed. 11 high is too high for me (and probably most women), although they also offer a table rack that is 5 high, I believe. About the only thing that could use improvement is that when shavings get onto the horizontal plates under the plastic boxes, it is really hard to sweep them off again. But if it is in a reptile room, it is not too important. And you could always use a shop vac.
I haven't used any other brands, so can't compare them. But for the price, it seems like it would be hard to beat the Vision racks!
lol...that is where the wheels come in handy..just roll it over to the chair or sofa so you can climb up and see in the top 3 tubs.
t
I second everyones opinion on the vision racks I have 3-32 quart vision racks 2-cb70 racks and a hatchling rack they are the way to go.

Ive looked into vision but the only thing holding me back is the dust that builds up from aspen. Other racks can be easily wiped down but the grooves in the bottom for the heat rope traps the dust and I hear its difficult to clean.
I love my vision racks I have the v35 racks they are nice because they can be used as cb70 racks or smaller v35 grow up tubs, also the tubs them-selves are super easy to clean and nothing seems to stick to them as far as fecies or urates....thumbs up all the way
