Another INCREDIBLE litter

Jonathan_Brady Dec 01, 2008 04:30 PM

At least, that's what I'm hoping for!

This female was born several years ago when that giant 12' Guyana female was imported gravid and dropped 66 large babies! She's a big girl herself at around 20 lbs and probably 7' or so. She's got a GREAT pattern and beautiful tail. The lighting wasn't great for this picture session so the pics aren't the best. But, they're probably as good as it's going to get because apparently she's currently on a steady diet of red bull and pure sugar! She doesn't enjoy being taken out of the cage is what I'm trying to say, lol.
Here's a few pics:

And here's Mr. Incredible (hence the title of the post - another INCREDIBLE litter - yeah, I'm cheesy, SO WHAT!!??). He was also born from a gravid imported female (a different one) and I picked him out at Incredible Pets (that's where he gets his name) while all the babies from the 12' female mentioned above were RIGHT behind me! So, both of these animals were born around the same time and are from gravid imported females out of Guyana. The babies will not be labeled as Surinames by the way! No matter how many people try to change the country of origin, they're from GUYANA!! lol
Pics were taken today. I haven't taken any good pics of him in a while and these turned out great. I used a different space outside than for the female and I think it works MUCH better!

This is probably the best pic of them all

This one was NOT well lit, but I'm including it for the tail saddle counters out there! Interestingly, his tail saddles aren't great in number, but they're quite loooong. Works for me!

So, I plan on pairing them in mid to late January and hopefully we'll get some babies out of them! Fingers crossed!

Truly I think you are right but I guess you will be able to twist my arm to take some of the freckled babies.

I knew when I posted this:

"The babies will not be labeled as Surinames by the way! No matter how many people try to change the country of origin, they're from GUYANA!! lol"

...I'd get a funny comment, even I wouldn't have been able to resist!

Good one!
