Finally... An Aberrant Baby

yani45 Dec 01, 2008 11:40 PM

After two generations and close to 3 dozen babies, my wild caught patternless annectans finally sired an aberrant baby. I'm not sure if this little girl is genetic though. I had to cut her out of the egg as she had her umbilical cord wrapped around her body. She came out pint-sized and with a bump on top of her head. She eats like a pig though and she even tries to bite me, so she can't be too screwed up!!

Here's a recent pic of the patternless sire.

Thanks Al. I'm really excited about the project. My '07 babies need one more year before they are ready to breed back to the patternless sire and then things should really be looking up. I'll also have double het patternless/albinos breeding to each other.

Sounds very cool indeed and hopefully you will see some nice patternless variants popping out.
Here's hoping you have lots of success from the blood that sire has provided thus far!.

Yani -- Oh, oh, oh. Now that IS an intriguing pattern. Simply imagine that in albino! I am, right now.
