i have spent the last MONTH of my life playing phone tag back and forth with like 500 different people from UPS AND NONE OF THEM HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING...NOBODY there knows WHO i have to talk to in order to get my live animal contract completed..its like somethign out of a horror movie and im at the end of a very long fuse lol i can't take anymore

hello, i know what you mean i just went thru the same thing!! you need to tell them to put you in contact with candice schlittler is is for the northern district. better yet here is her fax # and just write her and tell her what you are looking for. 603-578-2880. i hope this helps you !! if you dont have a fax just ask for her. she is also know as the district leason(sp)

Since Texas isn't North...Do you happen to know how I would go about contacting someone (or is North meaninging North america?) I didn't even know I had to have a contract - I just ship with "live harmless reptiles" on the package. Is that not the thing to do?

hello , you can always fax her or call her specifically and she can direct you to the right person. faxing her is probably the best way to reach her because alot of them dont really know how to contact her for some reason. when you do fax her just give her your phone # if you dont have a fax i can do it for you and i'll give her your # just email me if thats what you want to do.
yes you do need to be approved to ship them because if you dont and something happens than they will eventually stop shipping live animals like everyone else. well i hope this helps. thanks tanya

you could always just pay for and print your labels online, then just drop off your package at any shipping outlet or hand it to an ups driver, they wont question whats in the package, and you'll be just fine shipping your animals.
