One of my leos has a few abrasions/cuts on her tail. The middle of her tail on the top to be specific..I have used cotton balls with warm water to clean it and put neosporin on it a few times, is there anything else I can do? Part of the wound has a small skin flap (about 1 mm) that was lifted up, I kind of put it back down when I put the neosporin on it. She doesnt really appreciate being manhandled and Im afraid if I do it too much she will drop her tail. Is there anything else I can do to treat her? Are there any better ways of cleaning her wound? It doesnt look dirty. Strange thing is I have no idea how it got there, unless the girls are starting to be annyoyed with each other. Thanks to everyone who replys!

Steve

just to make sure one of them isn't a male...male's bite the females tails during breeding, and it sounds very similar to the cuts on your leos tail..
