I just picked up this girl today. I really like her, the yellow is very bright on her sides. The owner bred robo dwarf hamsters, so thats what she's used to eating. They said they would also give mice when they were out of hamsters. Hopefully I can get her switched over to f/t rats eventually. Since she's used to eating mice, I'll start there and work our way to the rats, than prekilled than frozen thawed. She's a very docile girl, used to being handled. She weighs 569 grams, and is around 2 yrs old. I'm taking her to be probed on Wednesday, to make sure it's a girl. All her paper work and container from original purchase said female, so I'm hoping that's true, but if not, I needed a pastel male anyway. So it's a win/win situation to matter what she is. But not bad for $100, I don't think! They were calling her Sally, the name may change.
