my helix says EE what does that mean??

Just checked on my snakes, and my thermos is reading EE and is not working. Do I just have a loose wire, or is it burned up or what??

Its getting cold, need help!!

EE is an error message. I believe from memory, that EE reads out instead of the temps when Error E4-E5 or E5-E6(cant remeber which it is). These errors usually occur when the heat probe has been damaged. The DBS1000 cuts power to your heat source so your snakes dont get cooked, or worse, a fire.
