I have just installed 4 ft shop lights into my room. I wanted to buy some bulbs, but there are so many, grow lights, reptile lights, basking lights, and all different kind of flourcent lights. WHat am i suppose to use? and how much wattage.

You will most likely find more information on our plant forum than this one since the light is more for the plants than the frogs, however, I would recommend something like the chromotone 50/50. They are cheap ($2.50?) and available from homedepot. They are the same bulb that most people buy as full spectrum sun tubes in the cute orange sleave for $8. Seriously read the side of each bulb and be amazed what people pay for advertising.
