Betty is a beast........

rainbowsrus Dec 11, 2008 12:48 PM

But a sweet gentle beast. I can't remember her ever giving me any trouble. Good thing cause she's a big-un. She shed last night so I took her out for pics and a weigh in. She went right under my double bowl hide. Two large inverted and nested bowls with notches cut in the sides. As the snake slithers in I rotate the bowls closing off the opening. Weigh it down and leave them in it (right on my pic taking spot) while I clean the cage. Usually when I remove the bowl they have settled into a nice pile o' snake for pics. She even kept still while I transfered her, after taking pics, into the righted up bowls so I could weigh her - 3364 grams or 7.4 lbs!!!! Solid as a rock!!!

I wasn't referring to your snakes, I was thinking the Flintstone's and meant Bam Bam as in betty's on TV son, also meaning progeny which could include females but using the word Pebbles wouldn't be accurate.

You got them cheating!!!!

Sinner!!!!

Well, since Barney is nowhere to be found I figured there would be no harm in letting Fred take care of business. Three consenting adults doing what comes naturally, it's their business and none of them seems to mind.

If Barney ever does show up he might be pissed but I'm sure Fred can take him!!!
