growing and feeding?

fire_flyny Dec 11, 2008 01:03 PM

I have some baby BRB and i'm not sure what their growth rate should be. At what ages should they be eating 1. pinkies, 2. fuzzies, 3. Mice i'm feeding them mice offspring bc rats are to large for now but as they grow older I'll probably switch. At what age should they be eating larger pray? Also when they eat they tend to take 2-3 but they also won't eat weekly. I'm feeding frozen thawed- and I'd rather not switch to live because their is a limited supply where I live and it's also more costly

Newborn BRB's can take down good sized mouse hoppers from birth. I go with a little smaller, more like large fuzzy / small hopper. Should be one feeder per meal. Weekly offerings and should be able to see a lump for a couple of days.

Prey diameter should more or less equal largest diameter of the snake being fed.
