...here's my little celaenops from Randy Wright. He's going into a shed right now, so his colors aren't as light as normal.

Hey Randy, do you set up at any of the Virginia shows?? Just wondering because I am going to one in Northern Va. tomorrow and I have heard some good things about your snakes.

RandyWhittington Dec 12, 2008 09:16 PM

Thanks Joe. I've done Chantilly and Richmond before but never the one your talking about.

Now that is a SCREAMER Randy. Nice snake and thanks for the reply. The show was small but I still spent more money than I should have. Oh well.

I actually am coming around full circle and getting back into tri-colors. I used to lurk in this forum all the time a few years ago and ever since I bought this little guy a month ago I've found myself coming back and drooling over everyone's recent NA Milk posts. I'd eventually like to have all of the southwestern and central US Milks in my collection, but that will take some time.

The celaenops is about 10-12 inches and a locality descendant from Carlsbad, NM stock.

Glad to have you back in the circle! Carlsbad, NM! I only know of one other guy who had those in his collection. They weren't Brian Mason's stock, were they?

It's good to be back!

I'm not sure where Randy got his founding stock, to be honest with you.
