My young ball had some problems with his last shed, I have since maintained a higher constant humididty ~50%. So I gave hime some water baths and helped him get about 97% of the remaining skin off. There is still alittle at the base of his neck and maybe on his underside in one spot, his scales look more brown there than elsewhere on his bottom side. Will this remaining skin come off in his next shed? I plan on bahting him this time as soon as he looks ready to shed.

Thanks!

Yes, as long as you have your humidity issues straightened out it will come off next shed. Go ahead and keep a humid hide in the cage at all times...kill two birds with one stone.

Well, I'm not actually sure what % humidity I have in all my tanks but I never have a shed problem. I can say though that everything I've read says you need higher than 50%, more like 70%, but I mist every so often and I live in Alabama where it's humid almost all year long.
