I just got this pr. of bloodreds today from a friend!(thanks Ralph!)They are het.hypo and granite!The female is the darker one. Jeff

i have 2 bloodred females het amel and then i got a pair of bloods het charcoal and hypo... but the male decided he wanted bigger and better things.... havent seen him since. but i still have the female.... hehe and the only male i have with bloodred in its genes is the het albinos brother (who is albino het bloodred) maye i'm not mant to have bloodred males....

I have 1.1 07's bloodreds. My only real blood female. For the life of me i forget what theya re het for. When i hit teh cleveland show I have to ask the guy. But I also have my 4.5' male.

Where abouts do you live? I'm hoping to make a few trips this summer. Maybe I can swing by with teh bigger one and pick him up on the way back? No idea of genetics on teh big male.

we live in VA. but the girls arent gonna be big enough this year(2009) they would have been if i hadn't brumated them last year and this year... i really should let my corns grow w/o "the big sleep" but its hard right now.. thanks for the offer and i may have to take you up on it sometime

my 07's are not huge either. First year I did not feed as much as I could have. Never starved lol, But at times i can feed a little heavy just because I have the food available all the time.

Well Va is not that far. Maybe 2010 if you need one. You'll have to remember as my memory sticks. Suppose to go in and do tests for it but I forget. no pun, I really do.

I should take more pics of my stuff. the 07s eat 10 day ish old rats. Easier to be had than mice and cheaper. My big male could prolly take a good size medium rat. but his head is so small I fear it. But he takes down 6-8 week old rats.

Below is him with what I believe is an outcrossed female from my first corn, that I found out was a blood red. The baby was not one of the nice ones. But I figure she has some bloodred in her and maybe her babies with him could give me a couple nicer outcross females for breeding
