Garter Identification

Found around Kentucky Lake. Im guessing some sort of plains garter.

Actually, that looks more like an eastern garter (T.sirtalis sirtalis). It's kinda hard to tell cause the snake's in a defensive posture, but radix will usually have a double row of spots - one just above and one just below their lateral stripes. Please contact me off list I've a question for you.
