Jimmy, with the info you gave me about the Bairds Rat Snakes a few weeks ago. When I dropped off mice to a friend today I traded 50 hoppers for a pair of 08's pics soon these things are lil monsters. Good size.

Yeah, he was from Sam and Rosie a couple of years ago,
He was always lighter then the rest so I kept him to see how he would turn out.
Not too bad so far, huh?

How are yours doing? Did the male start eating regularily?
I've got this male and another one if that one didn't make it through.

Hey Jimmy,

He is a sporatic eater at best, but he's hanging in there. He's gotten to where he'll only eat live pinks. The other thing is, sometimes he'll only accept live anoles. I hate feeding him those, but if that's all he'll take for that month I don't have much of a choise. I'll see if I can get some decent pics of them tonight so you can see the size comparison. The female is in a shed though.

Here you go Jimmy.

I took some quick pics. They're not to good, but you get the idea. The male has shed twice and the female is on her fourth right now. She is noticably bigger, but like I said, he isn't exactly unhealthy, just not growing as fast. He looks a little better in these pics, since he just ate a large anole two days ago. Before that he had refused everything for almost a month. I think he will eventually come around when he gets a little more size on him. You can see they look like they are going to develope into two different looking snakes, which I think is cool. I'll take some more pics after the female sheds. She is starting to look pretty cool.
