Question about heat tape and and roaches

Can anyone tell me where i can Get flexwatt heat tape ......And what is it originally used for...?!?!? I was also wondering if lobster roaches or hissing roaches are a good food source for leopard geckos and if so do u know where i can order them in canada..????
