Ok, so i've been considering for a while breeding rats/mice for use as feeders. But my question is what is the most accepted & humane way to kill the feeders that i intend to freeze for later use?

I follow this procedure for the best quality Frozen treats...same method as Rodent Pro.
-Gas rodents at appropriate size and weight (CO2)
-Lay clean (free of debris and loose stool) rodents neatly on tray
-Freeze 24hrs
-Package frozen treats in appropriate media
My Gas chamber is made of a Rubbermaid tub connected to a 20pd bottle of CO2 by way of hose and regulator. Pressure is at 5 PSI, after 5 min all rats are dead. My chamber holds 20 large Rats comfortably. 32 qt sweater box.
Cheers
