Pacman pooping question

RobertIII Sep 09, 2003 12:25 AM

my pacman frog has not pooped for the last 2-3 weeks? what does this mean? his diet has not changed? he still is eating? but no pooping? he has not been moved or anything evrything is the same. water changes every 2 days. any ideals or explanations would be helpful. is this normal for them to go 2 or 3 weeks without pooping? because he normaly poops once a week. thanx

I'd think it's an impaction but I wouldn't really know.

If you tell us how you keep you frog (substrate, temps, humidity, what you feed, etc.) I'm sure someone can help, though

Sometimes horned frogs use all of what they eat and have no need to defecate. Try misting the frog and soaking it in water. Chances are you either did not see it or it used all of what it took in. I had my first horned frog for a few months before I actually saw the fecal matter. Andy
