yellow?? my little genetic goldmine, cant wait till old enough to breed.
picture a tad blurry towards top half of the picture, but at least felt that got the true colours of this snake, or as close as possible

Very nice photos, really like the black back ground. The top photo is really nice.

cheers for that, there is a few more pictures coming. We took pictures of over 50 snakes, and these were just 2 that i picked out quickly to post. The black background seems to work great, and all the snakes behaved themselves even my 2 SD retics, who are the devil themselves. The only one that was a pain was my Lockwood 06 het hypo male, i think he is stunning looking, but no matter what we tried, he wouldnt stay still. Got a heat shot at least

i bought a white and a black board from a photography store. About 140cmx100cm so pretty big. We ended up just using the black as it seemed to work best. I cant really describe what it actually is though, sort of a plastic cardboard kinda thing.

a guy that comes into my bar, is a photographer. So we made a deal, he takes pictures, i get him drunk.

we used 2 different overheard lights, and the flash from the camera. For a first attempt it worked really well i think. But i guess the more we do it, the better the result will be.

IMO the yellow one cropped to show just the front third would be an awesome pic.

yeah as i said, it was just the first attempt. And these are just the first two pics. Will do as you suggest though, and try a cropped version. Did find it very hard to get the correct colour on this yellow animal though

Those are great pics! Haha they look good enough to be computer backgrounds, you should put up a page for that with different phases
