i'm heading down to northern south carolina in the spring.
just wondering what month would be prime. don't want to go to
early.....or to late.ohio born and bred so i'm not familiar
with spring weather patterns in the southeast. maybe mid-april?
buddy of mine has a farm down that way(close to 1,000 acres)
with lots of pine forests and a few large ponds. gonna do some
bass fishing so i figured i'll poke around for a few herps while
i'm down there anyway. I DO NOT FIELD COLLECT. PHOTOS ONLY.
any suggestions would be appreciated. if anybody likes to fish,
and has the free time, maybe we could go down together or meet up
down that way. i've cleared it with him,so it's cool.let me know
if interested.

I live in the upstate of SC but have family about 20 minutes from Chesterfield.I do alot of herping in that area and the herps should be out in full force by mid to late april.I also love to bass fish so maybe we could hook up.Let me know when you decide to come down.
