how can i sex my mice ? i want to start breeding them it cost to much to go out and buy them twice a week

Male mice are very obvious....so if you can't tell they are either too young to be weaned or they are all girls.

Hints....set them up in a group of one male and 2-6 females and LEAVE THEM ALONE for a couple months at least. Obviously, clean feed and water, change the cage. But don't move them in and out of the group, don't change stuff and just let them be. Only ONE male. It could take a month easy and two likely before you get babies. And don't be surprised if they eat the first litter or two. Feed them dog kibble with some cat kibble tossed in, or feed lab blocks (often with cat kibble substituted in for protein) NOT seed mix.
