What size tubs?

richie_rich Dec 21, 2008 08:36 PM

Im woking on building new racks for my corn snakes and i was thinking of going with the 28 qt tub for the males and the 41 qt tub for the females. Just wanted to know what everyone thought about the sizes. Is a 28 qt good size for an adult male corn. the 41 qt should be enogh room for a female and a nest box.
Thanks

Rick

We use 28 qt for our male ball pythons and 41 qt for our bigger breeder females. I would think 41 qt would be over kill on a corn snake, I guess it depends on the size of the nest box.

We are about to build a couple of racks for our son's corn snakes. I was going to put them all in 28 qt tubs.
