Last week I did something that I should not have done, and something I have taken issue with others for doing in the past.

I posted on the forum some things that would have been better if they were thought through a little longer, or done so in private.

That is out of character for me and for those who know me that is not the way I try to handle my conflicts, anyway over the last several days I have had lots of time to think things through and realize how embarrassed I am over the my choice to engage in a personal conflict on a public forum!

I apologize to those of you in this close knit community, and will return to eating my humble pie!

Joel, I for one am over it and have nothing against you at all.

I just wish that you could have picked up the phone and you would have seen very quickly that there was no reason for a conflict to begin with and the only fault at hand was the mistranscript of information that was given to me and it pushed me in the arena of jumping to conclusions, but definately not conclusions that I thought would cause a scene, if you will.

This is why I prefer to do business and handle business over the phone.

It is WAY TO EASY for any of us at any given time, to take something out of context in an e-mail or written, but on the phone, two people can feel eachother out and eventually know were the other one is coming from.

Lets face it; " Something as simple as Hello Joel, over an e-mail, could be taken out of context on a bad day. "

You do not know if I am saying " Hello Joel " or " HELLO JOEL!!!! "

You know were I am coming from and as far as I am concerned, it is all good!
