It's nice to have good friends. A friend of mine came over to check out the new farm and asked if I was still breeding Jamaican Boas and I said yes but I was trying to get new bloodlines. He asked me to stop by his house and handed me this in a bag. I tried to buy or trade for it and he said absolutely not. The good news is it's NOT related to mine at all. I didn't have a clue he had it or I would have went begging a long time before this.........TC

If you don't mind I have a couple questions about the Jamaicans. Is it difficult to get permits to ship them accross state lines? And, is it difficult to get the neonates feeding? I am very interested in getting into them in the future. On a side note I'm glad you're back in the business. I bought from you back before the internet when you sent out those cool monthly price lists. I used to look forward to getting those in the mail. Ah, the good ole` days!

The permits are not that difficult to obtain and the neonates readily eat anoles AND QUAIL which are easy to get. I'm sending a list out again but now thru the internet....thanks....TC

That Jamaican Boa is incredible!!!
I remember about 20 years ago I used to go to Larry Rouch's house about once a month to get new critters. He used to have a pair of Jamaicans or if my memory serves me correctly they were Jamaicans. but I had great admiration for these Boas as well as the others in the complex. I now I have pictures of one of the large Jamaicans or it could have been from the Bahamas. When I find it I will scan it and post it or just email it to you. Good luck with all your new projects!

You think thats big? Check out this f-3 14 year old female I produced years ago. Now this is a BIG Jamaican!! It's a bad pic because it will bite the snot out of you and the head is almost twice the size of the male I posted. Actually Jamaicans get very large and I've seen several over 10' long.....TC

thought they will stay much smaller...
thanks for sharing the pics..

Did anyone else initially think it was a scrub python, or am I the only one?
That is an incredible snake!
