So I have noticed that all of my leopard geckos seem to only use their cool side hides as the spot to go to the bathroom. Each tank has 3 hides and I see them use the hot and humid hides but they never use the cool side one. I always have to clean it out cus thats where they poop. Leos are in seperate tanks but they all seem to do it. Should I add a 4th hide to the cool side? I am not sure they would use it.

No, you do not need to add another hide. Once a gecko has picked a certain place to bathroom at, they will pretty much, keep that same place through out there lives.
They have chosen that hide, and will probably keep it that way. The amount of hides that you have are good enough.
