Is sushi seaweed or "nori" a good Iguana food?

Is the dried seaweed used in sushi (nori) a good addition to an Iguana's basic diet?

...and chronic dehydration is a big problem for igs in captivity. If you're looking for fun greens for your iguana, there's dinosaur kale, rainbow chard, dandelion leaves, watercress, frissee, spring onions, turnip greens, maybe some mint or another fresh herb in small quantities once in a while, and lots of others that are salt-free and good for your ig. I like Whole Foods Market and Super Fresh, they always have a good selection.

Here's a site with pictures of some interesting greens.

Thanks I wasn't aware of the dehydration issue. The reason I ask is that I know nore is PACKED with good stuff and I happen to a lot of the stuff on hand. My African cichlids love it. Thanks for the links, if I hadn't already spent the last week devouring everything I can find on the Net regarding Igs, I'd be there now instead of writing this. Thanks again.
