I caught a female this summer. I just kept her for a little bit cause of her size. She ended up having babies. It was so cool watching her give birth.

I catch garters that are red like the ones in the pics. They only get better by age. That means this upcoming summer I should have some very red garters. I'm planning on keeping all the red garters I catch, and start breeding them. I have noticed that mostly all the high reds I catch are females. Dose anyone have any idea why.
