I got my Fiance her first Hognose snakes, she's been dying to have one for about 3 years and I always told her no since we keep mainly boids but thought I'd surprise her for Christmas and get her an Extreme Red Het. albino female and a red/orange albino male, to say the least she was so happy and surprised that she started crying. I got them from Justin from Extremehogs.com

The female has kinda an odd personality lately tho, after I gave them to my fiance she started to open her mouth a little when she was being held and flaring out her neck, my only thoughts is she smells something she'd like to eat and has done an open mouth strike once

should grow out of it as it become more use to it's home, usually it's the females that do this, seems to me the males are a little more laid back and the females are a bit more hissy
